Hi, I’m Dr. Omid Khezri.

This isn’t a job post from a corporate office. It’s from me, the dentist you’d be working next to every day.

When I took over Revive Dentistry, I didn’t want just another practice. I wanted a place where the dentistry is done carefully, patients feel cared for rather than processed, and the team leaves at the end of the day proud of what they did. We’re small on purpose. Nobody here is a number, and that goes for patients and staff alike.

I’m looking for one person to become my clinical right hand.

Who I’m hoping to find:

You’re the kind of assistant who sees a temporary crown as a small piece of craftsmanship, not a chore. You care whether the margins are right, the contacts are snug, and the polish shines, because you know the patient lives with it.

You can place retraction cord well. You’re either comfortable with intraoral scanning or genuinely excited to master it. You set up before I ask, you notice when we’re running low on something before we run out, and when you see a better way to do something, you tell me.

You also don’t need to be perfect. I’d rather have someone curious and honest about what they don’t know yet than someone who pretends. If you take feedback well and like getting better at your craft, we’ll get along.

Most of all, you’re a good person to be around: kind, dependable, someone who does it right when no one’s watching. Patients feel that, and so does the team.

What working here is like:

You’ll work closely with me on restorative and surgical cases, with real say in how our clinical day runs. We’re investing in digital dentistry, and I want you learning it alongside me. Our standards are high, but this is a respectful, warm, low-drama place. When you do great work, it gets noticed.

The practical stuff:

$22–$25/hour depending on experience and skill.
An achievable bonus system, meaning one you’ll actually earn, not a target nobody hits.
Monday to Thursday 8-5.
Florida radiography certification and current CPR required; Expanded Functions (EFDA) certified.
